We look you up, then you pick a retainer
We read your site if you gave one and check Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop either way, and show you what we saw. A moving marketplace shop with no site of its own is a fit. Then you pick IDR 25M or IDR 40M per month.
You verify WhatsApp, a founder replies
One code to the number you want us to use. Once it is verified the brief lands with Setasena and Gerald, and you hear back within a working day.

Do you only work with lifestyle and F&B brands?
Lifestyle and F&B is where our muscle memory lives, so clients in those verticals get the fastest value. We take on other brands when the scope fits how we build.
BUDGET
What does an embedded retainer cost?
The hire form offers two: IDR 25M per month for an embedded team, and from IDR 40M for Embedded Plus. Every rate we charge is published on the pricing page — we do not quote off a phone call.
LEGAL
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any call on request. Our standard master service agreement also includes confidentiality clauses.
TECHNICAL
What stack do you use?
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Terradium, Shopify, and Postgres form the core. We pick tools to match the business, not the other way around.
LOCATION
Are you based in Jakarta?
Yes, the core team works from Jakarta. We meet clients in person when it helps, and most collaboration is through Slack, Linear, and video calls.
CALENDAR
How does Ramadan and Lebaran affect timelines?
Expect a one-to-two-week slowdown around Lebaran. We plan around it at the start of any engagement and make up pace before and after.
