PRICING

Priced like a partner, not a vendor.

Two parts to the number. A one-time kickoff pays the team to onboard, stand up your systems, and run the first sprint. The ongoing monthly retainer is scoped in your proposal.

01 · TIERS

Three ways to partner.

Every tier includes an embedded team, real ownership, and a founder you can call. Where they differ is size and scope.

Your first embedded engagement

Starter

One-time kickoff

IDR 15M–25M

3-month minimum retainer

Monthly retainer scoped in your proposal

For Indonesian lifestyle and F&B brands ready to move off a freelancer or marketplace-only presence and build a real first-party foundation.

  • Website and storefront

A credible first-party site with SEO fundamentals, clean analytics, and a fast mobile experience.

  • One embedded half-time engineer

A dedicated engineer who joins your standups, reads your Slack, and ships inside your team.

  • Weekly working sessions

Set pace together. We plan the week, ship, review, and keep a running roadmap you own.

  • Founder check-ins monthly

A monthly call with a Kugie founder. Direction, tradeoffs, and where the partnership is heading next.

  • Analytics foundation

GA4, Mixpanel, and the event taxonomy that tells you which decisions are actually working.

  • Content and CMS

Sanity CMS so your content team can ship without waiting on engineering.

Embedded

One-time kickoff

IDR 30M–60M

6-month minimum retainer

Monthly retainer scoped in your proposal

For growing Indonesian brands that have outgrown the Starter tier and want an embedded team owning the whole digital stack.

  • Two embedded engineers

One full-time and one half-time engineer. Enough to ship meaningfully, respond quickly, and cover each other.

  • Dedicated product lead

A product lead who runs your roadmap, communicates with your team, and owns outcomes alongside you.

  • Loyalty and CRM

Member programs, WhatsApp and email automations, and the systems that retain customers after the first sale.

  • Payments and reconciliation

Local Indonesian rails, checkout, payout reconciliation, and the boring infrastructure that makes revenue predictable.

  • Content and SEO program

Editorial calendar, content ops, and the technical SEO work that compounds over twelve months.

  • Internal tools and dashboards

Operator consoles and internal apps that replace spreadsheets and cut the ops overhead of running the business.

Expanded scope and custom platform

Embedded Plus

One-time kickoff

IDR 75M+

Custom retainer scope

Monthly retainer scoped in your proposal

For established brands and institutions that need a custom platform, a dedicated team, and a strategic technology partner. Scope is set per engagement.

  • Three or more engineers

A team sized to the scope. Typically three engineers plus a product lead, with the option to flex up for specific pushes.

  • Custom platforms

Purpose-built platforms that run your specific business processes, integrated with everything else we own for you.

  • Analytics and BI platform

Data pipelines, warehousing, and dashboards that give your leadership team the metrics that actually matter.

  • Compliance and security baseline

Audit trails, access controls, and the compliance posture expected of institutional clients and regulated verticals.

  • AI integration

Agents and assistants embedded where your team already works. Slack, Notion, Linear, and your internal tooling.

  • Quarterly strategy reviews

A founder-led review every quarter. Roadmap reset, technology direction, and a written point of view on where the partnership heads next.

02 · SCOPE PHILOSOPHY

Scope before discounting.

We don't negotiate on rate. When a budget shifts, we narrow scope and keep the quality bar the same. Seventy percent of the work at seventy percent of the price stays honest. The full scope at seventy percent of the price quietly cuts corners that show up six months in.

03 · QUESTIONS

What prospective partners ask.

If your question isn't here, start a conversation and we will answer it live.

PRICING MODEL

What is the difference between the kickoff and the retainer?

The kickoff is a one-time fee. It covers the team onboarding, setting up your systems, and running the first sprint so the foundation is solid. The retainer is a separate monthly number that funds the ongoing partnership, scoped to team size and coverage in your proposal.

COMMITMENT

What is the minimum retainer commitment?

Starter begins with a three-month minimum on the retainer so the team has room to learn your business. Embedded runs on a six-month minimum. Embedded Plus is set per engagement, usually planning on twelve months. Kickoff is invoiced once, up front.

IP OWNERSHIP

Who owns the IP on what you build?

We retain IP on the core platforms, similar to how Odoo Enterprise works. You get a term license that stays valid as long as the partnership continues. For platforms built specifically for you, ownership is spelled out in the contract.

PAYMENT

What are the payment terms and currency?

Kickoff is invoiced once before the engagement begins. The retainer is invoiced monthly in IDR for Indonesian clients and USD for international. Payment due within fourteen days. We accept bank transfer and international wire.

INDUSTRY

Do you only work with F&B and lifestyle brands?

That is where the muscle memory is, so those clients get the fastest value. We take on other brands when the scope fits how we build and when the vertical is not already served.

WIND DOWN

What happens if the partnership ends?

You keep everything we built into your own systems and your own data. We document handoffs over thirty days, train your internal team, and stay available for consultation afterwards.
